Day 3: 36min Reformer Tone (Intermediate)
This full body routine utlises hand weights and gym inspired exercises to build strength and tone.

- One light set of dumbbells 6-12lbs (3-6kgs)

Day 4: 42min Traditional Reformer (Intermediate)
This Classic Reformer features exercises and flows that will leave you feeling strong and lean.
