  • Day 2: 44min Inspired Reformer Box (Intermediate)

    This Inspired Reformer class challenge balance and stability through whole body strength exercises.

    - 2-3kg (5-6lbs) Dumbbell
    - Ankle Weights (optional)

  • Day 3: 36min Reformer Tone (Intermediate)

    This full body routine utlises hand weights and gym inspired exercises to build strength and tone.

    - One light set of dumbbells 6-12lbs (3-6kgs)
    - One heavy set of dumbbells 18-25lbs (8-12kgs)

  • Day 4: 42min Traditional Reformer (Intermediate)
