6 tbsp. ground flaxseed
4 tbsp. coconut flour
1 scoop (25g) vanilla whey protein powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup (240ml) + 2 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
1. Place all 5 ingredients into a small microwave-safe bowl. Whisk well, making sure there are no lumps. Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds.
2. Divide the porridge between 2 bowls, add toppings of choice and serve immediately.
Topping suggestions: berries, unsweetened shredded coconut, chopped walnuts, almond butter.
