DAY 3: 18min Lower Body Complex (Intermediate)
This strength class has a lower body focus with a little hint of cardio. Have a towel handy ;)

- 6-8kg (13-17lbs) Dumbbells -
DAY 4: 24min Lower Body Sculpt (Intermediate)
No reformer? No problem! This sculpt class features reformer inspired exercises to create a deep burn.
Equipment:
- Short/Long Box or Step
- Sliders
- Chi Ball
- Wrist Weights (optional) -
DAY 5: 13min Legs & Booty Blast (Advanced)
This lower body strength routine will light your thighs & booty on FIRE! Strive to complete 2 rounds.

- Short/Long Box or Step
- One heavy set of dumbbells 18-25lbs (8-12kgs)
